I wouldn't call your Siege Knight backgrounds "bland". It's just that Jason took things to a whole new level! It's hard to even compare the two.
It's interesting to see how much more refined your style became between Siege Knight and Sentry Knight 2. You art always looked good, but sometime in between the two, your work became immediately identifiable.
