As people, we should always strive to grow for the better. To realize that perhaps you had an ego and now no longer have as such, or at least want to work on it is a great thing! I applaud you. Some people never realize it or it takes a long time.

Anyway, keep up the hard work!

A fantastic post! I agree leadership is hardly a selfish endeavor. The best leaders (I think) happen naturally, from a situation where knowledgeability melts with a willingness to be responsible. I also really like the analogy of the big fish in a small pond, although it kind of saddens me to think NG must be the small pond you refer to haha. Deeming Sentry Knight Tactics a failure is a little black-and-white from my perspective. I've played the game and I adore it! Surely there must be positive aspects which average your report card's total to an okay grade? Of course I don't know what happened behind the scenes, but the game seems successful enough. Anyway, you're totally right about failure being absolutely necessary. Sometimes I just wish it wasn't so haha.
