My interpretation: everyone is a prick! Boss is a prick for overworking his employees. Employees are pricks because they have low-value skills and think they deserve more. At least, thats how I interpreted this haha.

This is great looking! The knight in my game has similar proportions, so I'm inclined to love anything chibi-ish.
