Awesome. Needs more words to choose from!

Awesome job man. I remember seeing this on FGL during a very early build. Its come a long way and plays and looks great, definitely worth the time you put into it.

Thanks Tyler, it's been a great journey!

I really enjoy this game. What a phenomenal concept! I think the game suffers only in the fact that the player expects a little more from the challenges. It initially seems like its strictly a puzzle game, but then quickly turns into more of a reflex-testing game. Having to quickly phase in and out music notes is such a pull from the puzzles the game led me to believe I was going to face.

I feel like you weren't sure on wether to make it puzzling or reflex-testing and kind of half-heartedly did both. Id like to see something a bit more concrete in the future.

But anyway, great job overall! Love the hand-drawn aesthetic by the way.

Guilty as charged! It's not easy to come up with 40 levels purely puzzle-based and keep it interesting at the same time. That's why the skill-levels where added :)

Thanks for the comment!

Goddamn this game is super cute and the graphics are gorgeous. Nice job Jimp.

I will say my interest started to fall after the bee chasing area, but still pretty solid overall!

Not bad!

Could use some more enemies perhaps. I'm not sure if there were more, but the game got repetitive after about 15 enemies in. The diversity in guns were cool and the rage meter was a fun touch.

If you ever consider changing things, maybe add more enemies and different levels/background (from what I saw, there was only one). Also, my biggest criticism was that unless you broke both boxes, the game didn't start. I broke only the top box and wandered around the level for a few minutes before anything happened. Consider not letting the player progress unless both boxes are broken.

Great addition to the shark series. This game is so damn funny, especially the asteroid bit. Awesome stuff.

Can you not bite people on the street anymore (I think you could in the old games)? I was unable to eat them unless they were in the water already.

this is wonderful

I haven't been engaged in a game so much in quite some time. Everything about this is wonderful. I love getting invested in characters and the equipping and leveling characters skills in a manner the player uses is engaging and makes the experience feel quite unique. The playing curve is spot on too, it's easy at first but gets more difficult at the appropriate time, when the player is confident enough.

Gameplay aside, I love the graphics in this game. From cutscenese and portraits, to in game art and effects, the graphics in this game are wonderful and pretty damn cute. The sound feels quite appropriate as well.

Anyway, I really enjoyed this game, and good job capturing what makes a compelling RPG into flash form!

This game

is really good, and whoever made it is probably extremely attractive.

I am impressed; Amazing!

You captured the essence of 90's retro games perfectly- I nostalgia'd so hard playing this game. Everything about this game is wonderful; from the art and sound to the music and gameplay - I loved this game. I'm usually hesitant to play or keep interest in flash games, but this is seriously enjoyable.

The art is so impressive, it feels incredibly professional. It makes me feel like i'm playing a legitimate retro game from years ago and forget the fact it's a flash. The character drawings are great, and the backgrounds are really top notch, too. Also, the effects are fun and cool as well.

The sound man, is golden. It does nothing but add to the experience. The art alone helped create that homage feeling, but the sound effect gives it that extra kick.

Finally, the gameplay. It was easy to pick up, easy to understand, but hard to put down. The difficulty curve seems in place too, as you go along, there are naturally more enemies, and bigger and stronger weapons. I'm hesitant to usually play or keep playing flash games, but I love this so much. Anyway, bravo! 5 stars and 10 from me. Keep up the good stuff!

Finally!

This is really enjoyable so far,
everything feels awesome overall.

I love the character designs and the quirky art. The japanese
parody stuff going on here is golden.
The dialogue and things the character say are funny,
and the music is great.

For gameplay, the controls seemed a little hard at first, but
are easily learned with a little practice.

I am really enjoying this game :D
